Joey teaches a weekly Friday morning Mysore-style Ashtanga class in Leeds from 7-9am. Doors usually open around 6:30am (drop us a line to check if you’re coming early).
Wellnest, Chantry House, Victoria Road, Kirkstall, Leeds, LS5 3JB. The door will be unlocked, so just push the right-hand-side door firmly and come up to the top floor. (In case of any problem, press the buzzer on the outside gate to the car park to call up to the studio and you will be let in).
There is plenty of free on-street parking outside this venue with no time limits.
Everyone is welcome at this weekly class, from absolute beginners to the more experienced.
No booking required, just turn up!
Payment of £10 per class/ £8 NUS is per session. Please pay cash on the day or pay by bank transfer to Joey and let Joey know how you have paid.

There is on-street parking on many streets near the venue.
This is a level 2 class, so is not suitable for beginners. (Beginners welcome at the Mysore-style class.) You need to already have some experience of Ashtanga yoga. Email: joey@ashtangayogaleeds.com if you’re unsure and want to check.
